Concertify incremental releases are made public on a continuos fashion. The following Concertify versions have been released. 

Concertify 1.4

Release date Nov 13th 2019.

Version 1.4 of Concertify contains the following changes

What’s new?
    1. Download live performance details and setlist as CSV file
    2. Change the performance duration of songs on a setlist
Improvements
    1. Version of Concertify software is now displayed in the footer section of different pages of Concertify

Concertify 1.3

Release date Oct 28th 2019.

Version 1.3 of Concertify contains the following changes

What’s new?
    1. Licensing and Royalty Distribution Financial Details. A Licensing CMO user may now add financial details related to the licensing of the live performance.
Improvements
    1. In the Live Performance details view, the Google Maps frame showing venue location has been changed to a link to Google Maps, and the map view is opened on a separate tab when clicked.
Fixes
    1. Fixed a bug, where in certain situations when a CMO user is toggling between the views “Licensing” and “Abroad”, no live performances are displayed and the error message “There are currently no performances we consider to be relevant to you. This can heppen even though such relevant live performances should be displayed.

Concertify 1.1

Release date Oct 7th 2019.

The first incremental release of Concertify contains the following new features and enhancements

What’s new?
    1. A Performing Artist or CMO representative user can now manually add a song to the setlist in the situation that he/she cannot find from the database the musical title he/she is looking for.
    2. A setlist amended to a live performance now has two statuses, and user entering the setlist may confirm it being final

 

Improvements
    1. The lifecycle model of the processing of a live performance has been changed. It now has five steps instead of four, and the steps are named in a fashion better describing the process of clearing the licensing and royalty calculation of a live performance

Concertify 1.0 (Beta)

General
  • Concertify provides a GUI interface for performing artist representive users  and CMO representative users
  • Concertify provides an API interface for CMOs’ client applications
  • Artists can be affiliated to a performing rights society (home CMO)
  • Concertify imports prefilled live event information from online ticket vendors to which users can amend information
  • Venues can be searched from Google Maps
  • To be used for creating setlists, Concertify has a fixed musical work repertoire for affiliated piloting artists

    • Find pre-filled live performances imported from online ticket vendors for his/her artists
      • Browse them in a list view
      • Open a chosen performance for details view
    • Search musical works to be included in their setlists
    • Create and attach setlists to their live performance information
    • Monitor the progress of the processing of the royalties distribution at the licensing society
    • View the gross royalty value for their live performances if it has been attached by the licensing society
For Performing Rights Society as a performing artist home-CMO

    • Find pre-filled live performances abroad for their affiliated artists imported from online ticket vendors
      • Browse them in a list view
      • Open a chosen live performance for details view
    • Create and maintain live performance information
      • Artist, date, venue, event organizer
    • Search musical works to be included in the setlists of live performances
    • Create and attach setlists to the live performances
    • Monitor the progress of the processing of the live performance at the licensing society
    • View the gross royalty value for their live performances if it has been attached by the licensing society
    • Have textual communication with the licensing society users
    • Create new live performances for their affiliated artists
    • Download the live performance data in raw JSON format into a text file
